When a payment fails, LostChurn: (1) classifies the decline code as hard or soft, (2) for soft declines, schedules an optimally-timed retry, (3) if the retry fails, launches a multi-channel dunning campaign, (4) sends customers to a self-service payment update portal, and (5) tracks and reports on the outcome. The entire flow is automated.

How does multi-channel recovery work?
